I can already feel this affirmation taking shape as my body slowly transitions to a 100% raw food (live vegan) diet and I move beyond the shackles and limitations of my past. It's a new \"me\" evolving from the depths of a deep dark well of confusion, loneliness and fear. My heart and soul grow stronger day by day. I am more in control of my senses, mind and body. I sleep less and yet feel energetic and steady all day long. I am optimistic and faithful. I know that I deserve and expect only the best things to come my way, and the best people to enter into my life. I am the personification of gratitude and I attract happiness, vitality, and abundance everywhere I go. I am love, light, strength and compassion and my attention and intentions are laser-focused and pure. My dear reader, you are important to me, just as I am important to you. We are all energetically connected and interdependent in spirituality. Pure love flows through each one of us like fresh mountain spring water running through the veins of the earth, enriching, inspiring and energizing everything that comes in contact with that pure energy. I am an eternal part and parcel of the divine Absolute Truth, as are you, qualitatively equal in all aspects, and yet humbled in the presence of that Divine Personal Source. We are unlimited in our capacity to cope, dream and love. Nothing but a feeble and weak mind can stop our flight to the heavens and so never forget your divinity. For you and I are not these gross material bodies, but are eternal spiritual beings encased in matter by choice alone. Indeed, if not for the mind, we would not have taken birth again and would not be so disillusioned by this \"world of names<\/a>\" and the whimsical and fruitless urges of the gross senses. I therefore choose not to conform to this ridiculous material paradigm of birth, death, old age and disease, but rather choose a path of light and freedom. I live this affirmation by carefully choosing my association, drinking only the purest spring water, eating organic karma-free food, and aligning myself with the natural order and flow of Mother Nature in every aspect of my life. I refuse to be an unconscious consumer, a slave to the IRS<\/a> and Federal Reserve<\/a>, or a blind and fatuous sheep-like human. I am alive, sentient, and aligned with the will of God. I walk my unique path consciously and with all the love and sincerity I can muster, knowing that if I do slip or fall, it can never hinder my progress, for I am destined for success -- it is my eternal right and it is written!\r\n\r\nThe note above is a spontaneous affirmation for my well-being that flowed from my heart today, a declaration of gratitude, health, spiritual freedom and faith for the year 2009.\r\n\r\nI hope it inspires you to write your own affirmation.\r\nI wrote it spontaneously, straight from my heart, as an affirmation for my own well-being.
