Kishori Priya Turner and “GT”
There is a girl called Kishori, who can tell a personal story,
of her struggle to find her true voice,
As she patiently slayed, all demons of dismay,
The angels would praise her choice…
To remain in the light, like a candle burning at night,
although her mind flickered in the breeze,
creating glitters of gold, on shadows so bold,
her soul urge was her Lord to please.
As she sang from her heart, her voice — a work of art,
heaven-sent and divinely inspired,
like rainbow mists, floating through an audible kiss,
one’s heart was ignited and rewired.
As it roared unabated, your mind satiated,
as you floated on waves of love,
The impossible became real — something you could now feel,
like the soft wings of a white dove
As feathers adorned her hair, and passerby would stare,
and wonder, “who is that maiden-bright eyed?”
Stepping back to take note, like an anchor to a boat,
their eyes could not budge, nor be denied…
Her beauty and grace, would move time and space,
as she glided through “oooos” and “aaaaahhhs,”
Like the sun bearing fruits, no logic could compute,
the way she played her GT guitar…
Her long fingers would dance, like deers would prance,
and bunnies would hop here and there,
as she furrowed her brow and focused on the “now”
gently flicking aside her brown hair,
Serenading the wind, and the crowds that came in,
to her vortex of love and light,
They would soon learn to fly, on the wings of her high,
as her voice scaled the notes of the night.
Like twinkling stars, and mystic planets afar,
her songs spoke of worlds beyond time,
as she weaved a sweet chorus, through the eye of Horus,
and allowed everyone to experience the sublime.
Like her father before her, who tried valiantly to chauffeur,
all souls to a place of unity,
This lady used sweet songs, to right all that was wrong
and create a world of opportunity…
Where hope became currency, and true love was a certainty,
for everyone felt important once more,
Like fabulous threads, in a Tiffany bedspread,
Each soul connected with their core…
Kishori and “GT,” played music so sweetly,
that the denizens of heaven would be in awe,
casting flowers in praise, their hands they would raise,
as they gently swayed to her score.
This is my desire, that you will one day acquire,
all success, true love and harmony,
For you are my daughter — divine heavenly water,
and I am your proud daddy.
I love you.
Kishori’s SOUL YANTRA — her name and birthday mapped to a magic square of the sun and coloured according to her astrology.
